VIVA (Vertical and Horizontal Integrating Innovation Valley Approach)
VIVA (Vertical and Horizontal Integrating Innovation Valley Approach), is a four-year Horizon Europe project bringing together 15 partners across six European countries. The project connects Østfold (Norway), Västra Götaland (Sweden), Ostrobothnia, Plovdiv (Bulgaria), Alba Iulia (Romania) and Central Transdanubia (Hungary).
Coordinated by Østfold, VIVA combines vertical innovation progression with horizontal interregional cooperation to help promising green and digital innovations advance while strengthening connections between regional innovation ecosystems.
